We accept most dental insurance plans, including PPO, Medicaid and Medicare. We don't accept HMO plans.

• Most PPO plans are accepted such as: Delta Dental, Aetna, Always Care, Ameritas, Anthem, Bluecross Blueshield BCBS, Cigna, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln Financial, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, United Healthcare UHC, Teamcare and many others.

• Some Medicaid plans are accepted: Envolve (Centene): Meridian, YouthCare, Ambetter. Dentaquest: Aetna Better Health, Bluecross Blueshield Community, Illinois Medicaid HFS, All Kids, Humana Gold. Avesis: CountyCare. Skygen: Molina Healthcare.

• Medicare Plans: Humana
